We perform new installations focusing on complying with codes and regulations in single-family homes, duplexes, fourplexes, and townhomes up to 400 amps.
A new electrical installation involves planning, permits, installing wiring (like NM-B cable) from the service panel, adding outlets/switches, and final inspections
Our way of operating
- planning: Create an electrical plan, considering future needs and energy efficiency.
- Permits and code: Obtain necessary permits and ensure all work follows local codes and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Rough in: Install wiring, conduits, and boxes before drywall goes up, connecting to the main service panel.
- Panel and service: setting up the main electrical panel and securing the utility service (often 100-200 AMP for homes)
- Trim out: Install light fixtures, switches, and outlet covers after drywall.
- Testing and inspection: Final checks by authorities ensure safety and functionality.
